The Millstone Township Fire Department was dispatched for a motor vehicle accident involving 3 vehicles at the intersection of Stagecoach Road and Millstone Road. Engine 3275 (South) arrived and found one driver suffering from minor injuries and entrapped. The engine crew initiated patient care, stabilized the vehicle, and used hydraulic rescue tools to remove the driver side door. Rescue 3285 assisted with operations. The patient was transported by the Millstone First Aid Squad to Centrastate Medical Center.

The Millstone Township Fire Department, along with mutual aid companies were dispatched to 18 Trenton Lakewood Road for a reported garage fire. Telesqurt 3290 (South) and Tanker 3296 arrived to find smoke showing from a 20 x 30 garage at the rear of the property. The telesqurt crew stretched a 400 foot long distance hand line, comprised of 2.5″ and 1.75″, gained access by cutting the door with the K-12, and located a fire involving the contents. The crew quickly knocked the bulk of the fire down. Deputy Chief J. Wagner (3267) arrived and assumed command. The box assignment consisting of Freehold Independent (16-1), Jackson Mills (54), and New Egypt (39) were recalled, and the assignment was held to Millstone units. The fire was investigated by Fire Official Matt Wagner.

After completing the annual Memorial Day Parade the Millstone Township Fire Department was dispatched to 14 Fairplay Road for a reported garage fire. Engine 3275 (Maloney) arrived to find a 1.5 story detached garage with smoke showing. The engine crew laid a supply line from the street, stretched a 1.75″ handline, and forced entry into the garage as Chief Fiore (3266) arrived and assumed command. The engine crew located a vehicle on fire, which was quickly extinguished. Additional crews from Telesqurt 3290 (J.Wagner), Rescue 3285, Engine 57 (Monroe District 2), and Telesqurt 41(Hightstown) assisted with ventilation, overhaul, and checking for extension. Tankers 3295,3296, 26296, and 57 staged for the water supply, however were not needed. Engine 40 (Robbinsville), Engine 46 (East Windsor #2), and 26278 (Manalapan) were returned to service. The fire was investigated by the New Jersey State Police, the Millstone Township Fire Prevention Bureau, and the Monmouth County Fire Marshalls Office.

The Millstone Township Fire Department was dispatched as part of the initial assignment to 13 Burlington Path Road for reported house struck by lightning. Telesqurt 3290 (Buckalew) and Engine 8281 arrived together finding a house over 3,000 feet from the roadway, with a confirmed working fire. Initial units attempted to access the scene, however were unable due to limited egress. Chief Fiore (3266) arrived and was assigned to water supply. Multiple mutual aid units were requested as crews worked to try and extinguish the fire with brush trucks. A water supply was established through an adjacent property and Tankers 3295 and 3296 were used as part of the water supply. Crews operated for 6 hours before clearing.
